Jabatan: MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE (MR)
Lokasi: Seluruh Indonesia
Objective :
Promote, establish good relations with Doctors, Pharmacies, Hospital / Institution or the Distributor and also create demand for products that are marketed in accordance with the targets and sales growth.
- Male or Female, maximum age 29 years old for fresh graduate and 31 years old for one year medical
- representative experiences.
- Education minimum high school for at least one year of medical representative experiences, and diploma or bachelor's degree for fresh graduate at any field.
- Having motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and own motorcycle (to rent by company).
- Excellent Communication, Presentation and Negotiation Skills.
- Willing to work with target; Proven track record of sales.
- Willing to work in field and relocated throughout Indonesia.

Qualifications :
- Must possess a Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably in Psychology from reputable university.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Qualifications :
- Male / Female, 27-35 years old.

- Min. 2 years experiences in similar position.
- Excellent interpersonal skill, strong leadership and sales management skills.

- Develop and implement marketing & promotion program.
- Had experience as Medical Representative.

Objective :
Developing effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organization.
Keep up to date with current Employee Relation legislation and ensure this is updated in the company’s Human Resource policies.
Examine and attempt to resolve industrial disputes and grievances in the workplace, e.g. an industrial relations officer may act as the management representative when discussions are being held with other parties.
Responsible for liaison with Local & Government Bodies, administering disciplinary procedures.
Qualifications :
- Must possess a Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably in Law from reputable university
- Male / Female max 30 years old
- Must have at least 2 years working experience in same position, handling industrial relation matter in manufacturing company with more than 500 employees
- Excellent knowledge about Labor Law and Regulation
- Preferably have certified in represent the company if there is industrial issues in district court
- A strong proven working experience in handling Labor Union / Labor disputes
