Job Description:
- Procurement matters to ensure compliance with the preveailing regulations;
- Contract and agreements to support operation and business activities;
- Providing advices and legal opinions to support operations and business activities;
- Land matters; and
- Litigation Cases.
- S1 in LAW, preferably with Masters from an accredited law school, and must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- 7 - 10 years corporate experience, preferably in mining companies, oil and gas companies, and/or law firms.
- Must have strong background in handling industrial relations cases;.
- Must have license to practice law in Indonesia (advocate license).
- Has ability to analyze law cases and provide recommendations, contractual knowledge, tendering, and documentations are required.
- Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
- Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
- Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
- Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team

Job Description:
- Coordinate with sections within Department for preparing the scope of works of contract to fulfill activities requirement.
- In coordination with Supply Change Management conduct bidding process to ensure the contract award meeting the project schedule.
- S1 from Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75. S2 in related discipline is an advantage.
- Min. 3 years experience in Contracting area preferably in oil & gas industry
- Willing to work in East Kalimantan.
- Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
- Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
