Job Description:
- Collect and combine budget from all department
- Provide advice, assistance and guidance to other department when necessary
- Propose and prepare forecast budget
- Manage, monitor and control overall budget
- Analyze variance between budget and actual
- Analyze past operations and identify past goals and whether they have been achieved.
- Prepared budget report
- Identifying potential problem areas to anticipating any probabilities
- Preparing for planning, and policies and procedures and ensuring that they are strictly adhered to at all times.
Having a bachelor degree in finance or accounting from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
At least 2 years’ relevant experience.
Experienced in property business would be an advantage.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Possess strong analytical skills, effective in time management, attention to details, good communication and ability to work effectively within teams and with minimal supervision
High integrity & responsibility
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-pace work environment.
