Job Title: INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
Closing Date: 31 December 2013
Location: Cikarang-Jawa Barat

Job Description:

• Developing effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organization. 
• Keep up to date with current Employee Relation legislation and ensure this is updated in the company’s Human Resource policies. 
• Examine and attempt to resolve industrial disputes and grievances in the workplace, e.g. an industrial relations officer may act as the management representative when discussions are being held with other parties. 
• Responsible for liaison with Local & Government Bodies, administering disciplinary procedures.
  

Requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably in Law from reputable university 
• Male / Female max 30 years old 
• Must have at least 2 years working experience in same position, handling industrial relation matter in manufacturing company with more than 500 employees 
• Excellent knowledge about Labor Law and Regulation 
• Preferably have certified in represent the company if there is industrial issues in district court 
• A strong proven working experience in handling Labor Union / Labor disputes
