The total concession area is 4,629 hectares with the total coal resources estimated to be 455 million tons. QA/QC Superintendent (Meulaboh)
Requirements:

1. Degree in Geology/Metallurgy/Mining Engineering or Chemical Analysis
2. Have a Quality Control, Coal Sampling and Basic Safety Training certificate

Port & OLC1/BLC Operational Superintendent (Meulaboh)

Requirements: 

1. Bachelor Degree or Diploma degree in industrial engineer / management
2.  Experience manage port operation and stock pile  
3. Experience in coaling process into barge
4.  Have a POP and basic salary safety training certification 
5. Active in English

CCP Maintenance Superintendent (Meulaboh)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or Diploma degree in industrial engineer / electrical / mechanical related field
2. Have a POP and basic salary safety training certification 
3. Active in English

OLC1/BLC Operation Supervisor (Meulaboh)

Requirements:

1.  Degree from Shipping/Mining/Industrial Engineering with experience in port or OLC/BLC operation is a MUST
2. Able operate Barge Loading Conveyor (BLC) and willing to work in shift. 
3. Knowledge in stockpile management.

Mechanic Trainer Supervisor (Meulaboh)

Requirements:

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering with experience as trainer is a MUST
2. Knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
3.  Familiar and able to operate heavy equipment in fixed plant (generator, crushing plant, Conveyor, Ship Loader) 
4. Have TTT (Train the Trainer)

Workshop Supervisor (Meulaboh)

Requirements:

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
3.  Familiar and able to operate heavy equipment in fixed plant (generator, crushing plant, Conveyor, Ship Loader)

Loading Master Supervisor (Meulaboh)

Requirements: 

1. Degree in Shipping with experience in Barging and Loading is a MUST
2.  Have a K3 and shipping ANT 3 certificate

Maintenance Planning and Schedulling Supervisor (Meulaboh)

Requirements:

1. Degree in Mining / Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical engineering
2.  Familiar and able to operate heavy equipment in fixed plant (generator, crusher, etc.) 
3. Able to operate maintenance supporting system such as SAP PM (Preventive Maintenance) module
4. Understand project management process and work schedule control

Transshipment Operation Supervisor (Meulaboh)

Requirements:

1.  Degree in Maritime or Shipping or Harbor Management with min experience in vessel agent / transshipment / shipping / stevedoring
2.  Fluent in English IS A MUST
3. Have an ANT 2 or 3 certification

CCP Operation Foreman (Meulaboh)

Requirements:

1. Male, max 30 years old
2. Min STM/SMA, Diploma / Bachelor with experiences in crusher
3. Willing to work on shift

General Requirements for above positions: 

• Superintendent Level: have minimum 5 years experiences including 2 years in the same field and industry for Bachelor Degree, or minimum 7 years experiences including 3 years in the same field and industry for Diploma Degree, AND maximum 40 years old
• Supervisor Level: minimum 3 years experiences including 2 years in the same field and industry for Bachelor Degree, or minimum 5 years experiences including 3 years in the same field and industry for Diploma Degree, AND maximum 35 years old
• Foreman Level: minimum 1 year for Bachelor Degree; minimum 3 years for Diploma Degree; Minimum 7 years for STM/SMA; must be within the same field and industry, AND maximum 30 years old
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh with 6-2 roster system (6 weeks of work and 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)
